My nemesis introduced me to Stabucks this weekend. It was a convenient meeting point to pick up my daughter. I didn't know how to order- but the drink I got was terrific. Now I see how the whole daily coffee thing works. I started thinking about how if I had one everyday I'd get sooo much done. Ah, the beginnings of addiction. Must resist.

Drinking coffee could not hurt, either cappuccino.... As long as not too much, just a cup of course!

Looks delicious! :) Never been to Starbucks but I love coffee!
With Starbucks it is the calories you must worry about if you purchase a sweetened drink. I have to have coffee everyday to wake up and know of no ill effects!
